Free Standard Delivery

Free delivery is available when you spend over €75 (ex VAT) on site. Your garments will be dispatched and with you within 5-7 working days. For orders that are outside Ireland, please add 3 business days. If you need this sooner, please contact us for options.

Returns Policy:
According to the EU Distance Selling Directive, the consumer is protected by a number of safeguards and entitlements. We are committed to complying with this directive. With this in mind you are entitled to a seven-day 'cooling-off period', whereby you are entitled to return your purchase to us for any reason* within seven days of receipt of same, and be refunded the price that you paid, minus the shipping charge.
Charges for return-shipment must be borne by the purchaser. In the event that you have ordered the incorrect consumables for your machine, and opened same (outer box or inner packaging) then we cannot refund in part or full.
For items ordered incorrectly, or for items that are not required any longer, IGateOffice.ie reserves the right to decline to accept returns and also to levy a re-stocking fee and a return collection fee of €4.95*.

Please note: If you've ordered an item in error and opened its packaging we cannot accept it back!
Backorders:
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.
If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your account or credit card.
